The difference between full-range speakers and crossover speakers

　　The multiple speakers of the crossover audio are processed separately at different frequencies. The advantage is that each frequency band is sounded by an independent unit, so each unit can work in the best state, and the extension of high and low frequencies is easier to do better. The disadvantage is that due to the different positions of the speakers, there is a difference in timbre and phase between the units, and the crossover network introduces new distortion to the system. The sound field, image resolution, separation, and layers are more easily affected, and the timbre may deviate. The more frequency divisions, the higher the manufacturing process requirements of speakers.

　　Therefore, the sound performance of full-range speakers is more natural and suitable for listening to human voices. The crossover speakers perform well in high and low extension, and can transmit sound effects with clear layers and rich sense of detail. Both types of speakers have their own advantages and disadvantages, and it is not easy to judge which is better.
