I 3 is an ultra-compact passive speaker. It consists of a single 3" cone driver. The proprietary acoustic waveguide design improves the efficiency and directivity of the medium and high frequencies. The 100 × 60 degree dispersion makes the speaker easy to adjust according to the installation, and can also use 2 to 6 units of vertical columns. This feature makes I 3 a true all-round work horse with almost unlimited possibilities!
The design and modeling concept of the shell was completed by the designer Mr. Stefan Lindfors, who has a wide variety of works all over the world. The injection-molded shell also uses UPM Formi's next-generation bio-based materials. This not only gives I 3 a unique and timeless appearance, but also gives I 3 its sturdiness, lightness and resonance-free characteristics.
I 3 has no crossover and reflection tuning, which results in a completely flat phase response and the most accurate transient response, without attenuation and common tuning-related problems. As a dedicated mounting enclosure, I 3 has 5 mm rigging points and array accessories.
