  First, make preparations before professional audio debugging

  1. The placement of professional speakers: the main amplifiers of the stage are placed on both sides of the front of the stage, the mid-bass speakers of the split-type speakers are at the bottom, the mid-range speakers are in the middle, and the tweeters are placed at the top, because the sound direction of the bass speakers is small. , The human body, table, chair and other objects absorb less. The tweeter has strong directionality and is easily absorbed by objects. The radiation areas of the two sets of speakers should overlap each other as much as possible to increase the stereo listening area. The auxiliary speakers on both sides of the dance hall are inclined to the rear area of the hall to meet the listening needs of the audience in the rear area, so that the sound field in the hall is distributed more evenly. It is not advisable to place speakers on the back wall of the hall. It is necessary to ensure that the sound and image are unified to avoid feedback.

  2. Professional speaker wiring: Speaker wiring must use speaker wires, each of which should be more than 200 strands. The color of the two speaker wires is different. The connection between the speaker and the output terminal of the power amplifier should be strictly distinguished. The two channels are exactly the same, and must not be wrongly connected. Otherwise, the speaker will be played in reverse phase, the sound field will be unevenly distributed, and the sound quality will be deteriorated.

  3. Connection of audio equipment: audio cables must be used for audio equipment connection, and the shielded wire and core wire of the cable should be firmly welded to avoid the phenomenon of virtual welding. Pay attention to the wiring rules of each plug, which cannot be reversed arbitrarily, especially the balanced connection of the XLR plug, and the balanced and unbalanced connection between the XLR plug and the large two-core plug, which should be carried out according to the specifications. The first two devices connected to the mixer should be connected in a balanced way as much as possible to reduce system noise and improve anti-interference ability. In the common connection, the 2-pin of the XLR plug is connected with the high-quality core of the large two-pin or large three-pin plug.

  4. Connect the mixer, audio source and peripheral equipment according to the connection diagram of various dance hall audio equipment.

  5. The input channel parametric equalization attenuation of the mixer is at 0dB, and both the input fader and the master fader are at lower positions.

  (1) Compressor: the noise gate valve is closed, the input gain is 0dB, the compression valve is at 0dB, the compression ratio is 2:1, the start-up time is 10ms, the recovery time is 500ms, and the output gain is 0dB.

  (2) (room) equalizer: the output gain is 0dB, the frequency points of each scale are at 0dB, the attenuation range is ±12dB, and the low-cut key pops up.

  (3) Delayer: in a straight-through state.

  (4) Feedback suppressor: in the bypass state, the clipping level adjustment is placed at the 2 o'clock position.

  (5) Exciter: The excitation level button pops up, the tuning knob is at the 12 o'clock position, the mixing ratio is turned to a lower position, and the bass compensation is turned off.

  (6) Electronic frequency divider: The amplification of each frequency band is placed at 9 o’clock, the low-end crossover frequency is placed at 800HZ, the high-quality crossover frequency is placed at 2KHZ, and the input level is adjusted at 0dB.

  (7) Power amplifier: Adjust the input level of the left and right channels on 2/3 of the full scale, so that the power amplifier has reserves.

  (8) Effect machine: put it in the bypass state.
