Project Details

A1 is a compact active drive passive 3-way speaker system. It is composed of a 15 " neodymium magnet low-frequency driver , a 6.5 " tapered driver loaded multipath waveguide and two 0.65 " exit compression driver loaded dual exit waveguides.

The 15 " low-frequency driver is equipped with a narrow Q bandpass horn with extra sensitivity, which is actually equivalent to two front-loaded 15" drivers with an SPL exceeding 80-300 Hz. Since the enclosure does not exceed the size of a single 15" driver, this design sets a new standard for the sound pressure ratio and size ratio of compact full-range speakers. 

The core of A1 is the M6 intermediate frequency driver, which is composed of a 6.5" neodymium magnetic cone driver and an international patented multipath waveguide. This technology not only improves the sensitivity of 10 decibels, but the M6 channel also eliminates harmonics, making the maximum sound pressure level lower The distortion level is 10-20 decibels lower than a standard speaker system of the same size. The M6 also has a wide horizontal beamwidth and a high cutoff frequency of 4kHz, so a small diaphragm and light compression driver can be used to improve sensitivity and detail.
