What are the functions of the power amplifier of the mixer?Kunming Bar Audio manufacturer

There are differences in the number of input channels (for example, the number of output channels such as 6, 8, 10, 12, 24, etc.), the number of panel function keys, and output indications. The sound console also has a power amplifier function. What are the main functions?

　　1. Signal amplification:

The function of amplifying the program signal. For example, after the signals of various program sources such as microphones (microphones), radios, CD players, tuners, and electronic musical instruments enter the mixer, the amount of amplification required for different signals is also different. , so the mixer must be able to deal with different signals respectively, such as the musical signal of the musical instrument and the vocal signal in the performance are not the same in amplitude.

In order to adapt to the different levels of the input signal, the mixer usually has two jacks at the input end of the mixer: high-level (line input) and low-level (microphone input). The former mainly accepts tape recorders, CD players, and tuners. The input signal can also accept the strong signal returned from the reverberator and other devices, which accept the weak signal from the microphone and perform sufficient amplification.

　　2. Signal processing:

The most basic signal processing is frequency equalization (aka tuning). Each input channel of the mixer has a frequency equalizer (EQ). Different signals form different timbres due to their spectral differences, harmonic components, etc. At the same time, the influence of buildings in different places on the sound will also have timbre changes. For example, in some closed spaces, For example, the sound of singing in the daily bathroom will have a certain reverberation than in an open place.

The tuner should boost or attenuate different frequencies of the sound according to the requirements of the program content to beautify the timbre of the sound source. According to different amplification environments, the different sound signals entering the mixer are processed separately to make the sound as close to the original sound as possible.

For example, input audio signals from microphones, recorders, CD players and other devices to the mixer for mixing and synthesis, and adjust the timbre of any audio channel individually. There are functions such as gain, treble, midrange, bass, delay, reverb, left and right size and balance.

Each channel of the mixer has the same processing methods, such as: 3-band EQ, gain controller, high-pass filter, etc. Having these on the input channel can remove some of the noise in the program signal.
