　　The conference audio is mainly natural sound, which requires excellent spreadability, uniform sound field distribution, appropriate loudness, and good naturalness. After the conference room is built, a reasonable sound system needs to be installed. The purpose of selecting the sound system is to improve the loudness and the uniformity of the sound field distribution, improve the sound quality of the hall and improve the sound effect.

　　In order to achieve outstanding sound quality, the sound reinforcement system planning must meet some necessary conditions. This is the fundamental requirement for the acoustic index planning of the entire conference sound system.

　　1. Low background noise is required

　　The conference room used for sound reinforcement must have low background noise. Noise may not only come from outdoors, but also from indoors, such as noise generated by air conditioning, ventilation equipment, and lighting equipment. Measures should be adopted to reduce the listening environment noise as much as possible. Excessive noise will result in a decrease in the clarity and intelligibility of the electric sound reinforcement system, making it difficult to make the conference sound system reach the desired sound quality. Increasing the output power of the equipment and increasing the output sound pressure level may cause the acoustic response and make the system unstable. Operation. 　　2. It should have a uniform and reasonable sound pressure level

　　The indoor sound pressure level is required to reach a certain value according to different types of sound reinforcement. Music amplification should reach a uniform sound pressure level of 80--85dB, speech amplification in conference rooms should be 70--75dB, and background music should be 60--70dB, and unevenness should be controlled within ±4dB. This requires that the point sound reinforcement system should have sufficient output power and sound gain, the indoor sound field should be spread uniformly, the near reflection sound should be fully and reasonably used, and the radiation characteristics and placement of the speakers should be reasonably selected.

　　3. Ensure clarity

　　The sound reinforcement system should ensure the clarity of sound and the intelligibility of speech. This requirement is particularly important for speech sound reinforcement. It is generally believed that the maximum allowable consonant intelligibility loss rate should not exceed 15%. Regarding halls with music reproduction or sound reinforcement as the mainstay, this indicator can be appropriately relaxed, but better sound effects are required.

　　4. Ensure that the conference audio system can work stably

　　When the sound system reaches the specified uniform sound pressure level, there should be enough sound response stability margin to ensure that the self-excited whistling of the conference sound system will not be formed due to the reaction. Generally, the response stability margin is required to be 6dB.

　　5. The fundamental commonality of sound, image and picture

　　A successful sound reinforcement system should ensure that the sound image and the picture are in common, so that the audience does not notice the presence of sound reinforcement equipment, but feels as if they directly hear the sound from the stage.

　　6. It should have outstanding transmission frequency characteristics and low distortion

　　The conference sound system should have a wide and flat frequency response and low distortion.
