Cause and Solution of Noise in Professional Audio System

　　(1) Good grounding treatment. In order to shield cables with shielding layer from external stray electromagnetic interference, the shielding layer must be properly connected and grounded. Equipment suspension is a measure without special ground wire, which is an unstable working state. Random noise is often generated. Therefore, there should be a special ground wire. In outdoor places, the ground wire can be temporarily buried. The simple method is to insert steel pipe or aluminum alloy pipe into the ground.

　　In order to ensure that there is no ground loop structure in the system, it is required that only one grounding conductor can be interconnected between equipment. In the situation where the requirements are not strict, the unbalanced equipment can be suspended, and the ground wire of the next level equipment can be shared through the audio signal line, that is, the chain grounding is adopted. The number of stages of this kind of chain grounding shall not be too many, generally not more than two, otherwise the noise will increase seriously.

　　(2) Isolation of the system. In some large audio systems. It is often composed of many subsystems. Most of these systems are connected at a long distance and have independent grounding systems. Once the two systems are connected to the ground, they will inevitably form ground noise. On the other hand, due to the long transmission distance and the increased grounding resistance of the transmission line shield, it is easy to introduce a large amount of external electromagnetic field radiated interference noise.

　　In practice, if each system works independently, the noise can be controlled within the allowable level through reasonable wiring and grounding. However, when the two subsystems are interconnected, even if the single end shield grounding and long wire sectional grounding are used, there is no way to solve the radiated interference noise caused by long distance transmission. At this time, a good way is to install an audio isolation transformer. Install an audio isolation transformer between the two systems to isolate them from each other. The ground wires of the two systems must not be connected.
