Teach you to solve the "boss difficult" failure in the KTV system

　　1. Normally no sound of the power supply

　　Test whether the microphone has no sound, no sound but no music accompaniment, focus on testing the point song system; there is no sound of the microphone, and then test whether there is no sound in the ordering system. Whether the volume switch of the device is in normal positions, and then check whether each connection is correct, whether it is damaged, each volume switch position is correct, and the connection is intact; check the front effects intact; check the amplifier.

　　2. There is no sound in running the song system normally

　　Most of them are line failures, followed by input and output failure (this is rare); the song system card chart is no sound. After checking the set -top box, the network signal light is flashing, and the flickering top box is crashing. Most of them are overheated. After that, do the heat dissipation, enter the no signal, check whether the port is inserted, whether the line is damaged, and finally check whether the machine room switch works normally, whether the host works properly, and the same fault appears at the same time in multiple boxes. Whether the host work normally; if the booting system cannot be started, the method is the same as above.

　　3. There is no sound of the microphone (wireless)

　　Check whether the microphone is electric and turn on, talk to see if there is a sound signal display of the receiver, and the signalless display check the frequency of the microphone and whether the receiver corresponds to the receiver. Talk to the receiver with sound signal display, indicating the output failure, check whether the volume switch is in the correct position, whether the connection line is correct; still cannot solve the problem, try to change the microphone.

　　4. Failure to cause no sound in front effects

　　First look at the output, see if there is a signal of the power amplifier, the power amplifier has no signal, and check whether the volume switch and internal software volume are adjusted in place; the amplifier has no sound, check whether the line is wrong or damaged, and still cannot be ruled out.

　　5. The amplifier causes no sound failure

　　There is no sound on the boot. Check whether the volume potentiometer is in the correct position, whether the signal light is flashing, and listen to the sound of closed relays. If there is no closed, repeatedly turn on the trial, and you cannot solve the description of the desk. Do judgment again.

　　6. No sound caused by speakers

　　When the power amplifier leads to a short circuit of a frequency division, it can make a successful protection without sound;

　　7. All the speakers are burned or broken or the frequency splitter fails

　　The simplest detection method is to remove the lines that connect the speaker, take a section of the dry battery with electricity, and rub the positive and negative pole of the line and the positive and negative pole of the battery. There is no problem with the speaker for the time being; the speaker has no sound, first check the line plug, the line is normal, you can directly use the battery to test the good or bad of the speaker at both ends of the speaker.
