Selection of power sequencer
The stability of the voltage is ranked first. I think we have no opinion. The stable operation of the sequencer is a reliable condition of the system. The sequencer often does not turn on, or one or two channels are not turned on from time to time. No matter how good the system is, it is useless. In addition to its reliable operation, it also needs to have a certain anti-interference ability. Part of the disturbance source of the timing shock comes from the power supply external network. This part of the disturbance mainly includes surges and pulse peaks generated by induction lightning, motors, fluorescent lamps, etc.; the other part is When the system starts, the internal power supply of the device is charged or the disturbance caused by the switching power supply.
1. Power on the sequencer first, set the sequencer interval time to 1 second, then start the sequencer to start the function, switch on and off the fluorescent lamp or electric drill in the room during the start-up process, pay attention that the sequencer cannot be restarted or there is a channel that is not open In this case, this method has to be tested several times. If possible, use the pulse generator to inject disturbance pulses into the mains supply (220V power) of the sequencer, and add the disturbance intensity in stages during the test to test the anti-disturbance intensity of the sequencer under test. Generally speaking, it should reach 1KV ( 1000V) and above.
2. Connect a load (preferably a high-power amplifier) to each output of the sequencer. If there is not that much load, you can connect the load to the last few consecutive circuits (such as CH12, 11, 10, 9). Then power on the sequencer and start the sequence start function (note that if the timing interval is adjustable, the interval should be adjusted to 1 second). During the start-up process, the sequencer cannot be restarted or the channel cannot be opened.
3. Capacity
The overall current demand of the system is the standard for selecting the capacity of the sequencer. There are 20A, 30A, 40A, and 50A current options in the market; the capacity of a single channel is generally 10A or 13A; now some manufacturers use 30A relays, The output current is 30A, but the output socket uses an American or universal socket. The rated current of this socket is 10A, and some thickened shrapnel is 13A. It can be seen from this that the output current cannot reach 30A. You can test the RCF audio with a load of 30A; during the test, use a load with a current of 10A, connect it to the nominal total capacity current, and boil water for 4 hours. The surface temperature of the power lead should not exceed 60 degrees, and it should not be hot to the touch; the sequencer should not emit a mushy smell.
4. Extensible
The number of output channels of the power sequencer is divided into 4 channels, 8 channels, 10 channels, 12 channels, etc. When the number of devices exceeds the number of one sequencer channel, it is necessary to expand (cascade) use, and pay attention to expansion when selecting Afterwards, it can be opened from the first road to the Z rear road, and can also be closed from the Z rear all the way to the first road.
